Cancellation fee will be charged 7 days (at the end of the business day) prior to the reservation date.
For multiple-day or multiple-studio bookings, a cancellation fee will be charged 8 days (at the end of the business day) prior to the reservation date.
If cancellation is due on a weekday or a national holiday, the fee will be charged on the business day prior to the holiday.
Cancellations made after the booking has been confirmed will incur 100% of charge.
If booking timings have not been specified, you will be charged a day rate of 8 hours.
The cove can only be painted white.
Fire hazards of any kind are not permitted in our studios. These include smoke, fire, spray-painting or any flammable liquids / materials.
Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any special requirements for the studio, such as shooting with sand, water, confetti, a snow machine. If you would require set-build, please let us know the dimensions.
Please let us know at the time of booking if you will be shooting moving image.
Our studios do not have catwalk/gantry facilities.
Guest rooms cannot be hired on their own. They can only be used alongside studio hire.
Due to changeable weather, there are certain restrictions for using the Minami Aoyama Studio. You will be informed of any restrictions at the time of booking.
Any items left behind at the studio will be held for a maximum of 1 month.
You will be allocated 2 car parking spaces for each studio hired.
We do not permit shooting in the studio parking lot.
Equipment for hire is available at our facilities so please be reminded that an additional fee will incur for bringing strobes and other lighting equipment into our studio. Please inquire regarding costs upon booking.
Let us know in advance if you have any questions about special equipment or rental equipment other than the above mentioned.
If you placed an order for more than 5 sets of strobes / more than 2 twin tube flash heads, you will be charged even if unused. Equipment costs will be automatically charged once placed on set.
We are not able to store any of your shooting data after the shoot.
Although our equipment is regularly maintained and tested, please understand that unforeseen technical problems can sometimes happen.
PHOTO ASSISTANTS & DIGITAL TECHNICIANS (ON-LOCATION SUPPORT)
Rates for photo assistants & digital operators will be calculated by the amount of hours worked. Other expenses like transport fees will be charged separately.
We also hire our equipment for location shoots. Prices per day are charged at the same rate as 1-day hire for studio shoots.
Please note that we cannot guarantee to provide you with on-location support during busy periods.
We also arrange equipment vehicles, but due to time and distance restrictions, we must know all travel details at the time of booking. Passengers/crew besides our staff are not permitted to travel with the equipment delivery.
Although we take careful precautions on shoots, there is a possibility that problems may still occur due to the nature of the equipment, especially in the case of digital locations. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any accidents or problems that may interfere with your shoot beyond the equipment rental costs.
Our equipment is regularly tested and checked before it is hired out. If there is an unforeseen fault with any of our equipment we will do all we can to replace the item or fix the fault. We cannot accept liability for any losses incurred due to faulty equipment.
10% facility management fee will be charged on top of studio rate.
